Hard working, detailed oriented and fastidious Anna Rystaw brought a new approach and focus to quality within the Land Rover Colour & Materials team.
Defining a new role within our team Anna approached this with a flexible mindset - effortlessly collaborating and moving between the Design teams, Engineering teams and our supplier-partners. This enabled more efficient communication bringing to light quality challenges in a timely manner so changes could be proactively implemented.
Confident to present and communicate at multiple levels - Anna represented Colour & Material Design Quality at Senior Level meetings - interfacing easily with Chief Program Engineers and Senior Design Directors. Anna was able to take complex information and break it down so it is more understandable . As a result more efficiencies were created as direction and decisions could be more easily and rapidly attained.
Anna’s ‘never give up’ attitude enables better quality execution for products. But her wider network and experience also brings a better understanding for cross functional product teams to learn and craft better processes for the future.
